Story
*UPDATE (1/09/23): 🥳We have hit our goal of £200 by the 1st of Septemeber! Thank you all for your support, I can't describe how much this means to me and I'd like to thank you again for helping support this pertinent cause. :))
I've messaged the highest donator and will be having my hair cut in accordance over the following weeks. Once my hair is cut, I will post the results here and then commence the raffle for artwork!
Thank you all again, this wouldn't have been possible without you!! ❤️
Summary:
-I will be cutting off all of my viable hair and donating it to the Little Princess Trust ( my total hair length is 80 cm / 40 inches, the donated amount will vary depending on hair quality).
-The highest donator will be able to decide upon my final haircut! (more info below).
-Every £1 donated will equate to 1 competition entry, with the prizes being: 1st place = Art commission using acrylic paint on 20 x 20cm canvas / 2nd place = Art commission using water-colour paint on 20 x 14cm watercolour paper / 3rd place = Art commission using graphite pencil on 10 x 8cm multi-media paper OR digital painting alternative for all aforementioned (more info below).
-If £1000 is raised, I will shave my head bald.
-I will carry out these actions once I have raised at least £200 by September 2023.

I am embarking on a deeply personal and meaningful endeavour to support two incredible charities that are close to my heart. I am making the decision to cut my hair short for only the second time in my life and donate it to the Little Princess Trust. This wonderful organisation creates wigs for children who are suffering from cancer or other illnesses that result in hair loss. I am also linking this JustGiving page to Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity that has made tremendous strides in advancing the fight against cancer and supporting those affected by this disease.
Both of these charities have been instrumental in providing support for those fighting this insidious disease, and I would like to show my appreciation by raising at least £200 by September this year. (You may choose donate to the charity of your liking by clicking the link below.)
This decision to cut my long hair is not one that I take lightly, as it holds significant cultural and personal value to me. However, these charities have been a crucial source of support and comfort for those with cancer and I am grateful for the opportunity to give back in any way I can. This cause is also partly why I have grown my hair to such a length in the first place, in order to donate.
Cancer has taken too much from so many of us and touched many lives, including mine and those of my loved ones personally, and I have witnessed first-hand the incredible work that these charities do to support individuals and families affected by this illness. As such, I am asking for your support in the form of donations towards these worthy causes. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make an immense difference. Just £10 from 20 people will be enough to reach the goal.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and support. Together, we can make a real impact and support those in their fight against cancer.
This fundraiser is in memory of all of those we have lost to cancer, and to commemorate those who have or are currently fighting this debilitating disease.

*THE HIGHEST DONATOR WILL BE ABLE TO DECIDE UPON MY FINAL HAIRCUT.*
T&C
-If participating, comment your suggestion along with your donation, or once the highest donator has been determined, I can also ask you in person. (You may also use an image as your suggestion). Make sure you donate with your first and second name visible. If necessary, include a point of contact (if there isn't already one).
-Can decide upon any style (within reasonable limits - remember my hair will be short)
-Colour (dyes should be of natural colour (subject to change). Can be any kind of style - fully, stripes, dip ). *Pending confirmation for unnatural colours (however confirmed they can be temporary during summer holidays) so if you wish go nuts!
Can't wait to see your suggestions!
*IF £1000 IS RAISED, I WILL SHAVE MY HEAD BALD*
In this scenario, the highest donator will still be able to decide my final haircut, once my hair has grown back to around neck length.
I will post the results here.

If the goals haven't been reached by then I will make up the difference needed by doing whatever else I may, in order to raise the required amount. I'll post the update on this page.
