I m proud to lead a team with such immense spirit and determination to take on this challenge and raIse funds to find a cure for Parkinsons.

.We are all Celts , 3 Scots and 3 Welsh.

Hamish from Hawick in the Scottish Borders ,succesful entrepreneur , a proud , passionate and handsome Scot , an Ambassador for Parkinsons with Old Reigatians Rugby Club, and battling Parkinsons himself ,a respected and dear friend .(Honary Swansea Jack)🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Jac a long and trusted friend for 50 years , successful business man ,ex Bishop Gore Grammar boy a Swansea Jack , tenacious spirit and determination and plenty of Welsh hywl to do what he can to fight Parkinsons.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Dan the youngster, recently graduated from Exeter University , with the heart of a lion but with a fire of a Welsh Dragon . Jacs son ( cant hold that against him) and can outrun a gazzelle - a massive benefit to the team🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

And me recently retired 42 years NHS, a Swansea Jack, and fiercely welsh and proud ex Bishop Gore Grammar boy, fighting Parkinsons for 10 years .🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

None of us have done anything like this before

On behalf of all the team we thank our long sufferring wives , partners ,children and friends with putting up with all the training , obsessive determination and constant banter - we love you all♥️
