With The Banham Marsden March at Home, you can still be a part of our amazing community of supporters, walking 5 or 15 miles together in spirit this May, to help give hope to cancer patients.

Story

The team formed after the recent experience and ongoing treatment of some team members - but also contains members who have immediate family being treated at the Royal Marsden. Others have had direct experience of the "Magic of Marsden" and are also out to raise funds as a result. In team Lovelace - there are a number of our awesome family from Lovelace Primary School. There are also equally awesome family members marching to support - all in order to maintain the "Magic of Marsden". The Royal Marsden hospitals are making the difference to so many lives throughout the year. You may well know team members and/or have family or friends who have been treated - or are just amazed we're still walking! Whilst we planned to do this last year - it was postponed due to COVID and is now taking place "At Home". If you feel moved to donate that would be really brilliant! Simply pick a team member who has linked their JustGiving page. By taking part in The Banham Marsden March at Home, we are hoping to make a vital difference and help build the Oak Cancer Centre which will speed up the development of life-saving treatments and ensure the Marsden can be there for everyone who needs them. This brand-new facility is due to open in Sutton by the end of 2022.
