It has always been a dream of ours to go to the Himalayas and this opportunity came up to raise money for research at the RUH, so we jumped at the chance of fulfilling our dream and supporting this great cause at the same time.

RUHX is the official charity of the Royal United Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

At RUHX, were more than a hospital charity. We go further to give every patient the extra extraordinary care they deserve, while supporting our staff to do what they do best and furthering innovation within our hospitals. Were out there in our community, collaborating with the people and organisations who drive real change. And were making sure that every penny we raise goes towards improving health, happiness and wellbeing for everyone in our community.

Apart from the above, I would like to personally raise money for the RUH as they were brilliant on the numerous occasions my parents were admitted for various treatments and illnesses.

Their continued research into illnesses is vital for our whole community and population in general, with everyone being the benefactors of their excellent work.
