My Dad (my wife's father) walks 10 miles a day, every day, 7 days a week, every week of the year.....He turns 90 on April 17th, 2022. My Dad is always saying to me "motion is life", just keep moving. I have two guiding lights in my life and he is one of them. I told my Dad about Team Phenomenal Hope, about the community of patients and the disease that drives us all.
