Angie and I are taking part in the Aberdeen Kiltwalk again for Friends of Anchor. Cancer touches everyone either directly or indirectly and The Anchor Unit is a vital part in Aberdeen city and shire.

We're very much looking forward to trying to raise some much needed funds, but are definitely a bit creakier than last time!
