When my wife Karen became very ill, very quickly in August last year she had two specific prayer requests, one that she could spend her last days at Hospiscare in Exeter and the second that she didn’t linger.  Both were spectacularly granted.

This is my chance to, in a very small and simple way, repay a debt of gratitude to the wonderful folk at Hospiscare and to help others who find themselves in similar circumstances to Karen and me.

I am looking at putting a small group together for this event, which is basically a walk to the pub, so that we can raise £850 which may just cover a one-night stay at this wonderful place.
