Too many people we have loved and known, as well as know, love and live with are fighting cancer. Macmillan provides an amazing resource to be able to depend upon when your life gets turned upside down.

Along with my close friend Nick and my son Charlie we have signed up for this challenge. We are hiking in support of Melanie (wife and mum) and in memory of Mac (Melanie‘s dad and Charlie‘s grandad) and Anthony Burnet (Nick’s father). All of whom have required and recieved the help of Macmillan in some way. UPDATE - My brother Richard has joined the team. Great news not only more money for MacMillan but a rare opportunity for me to spend time with him. A seasoned hill walker he will be keeping an eye on us all.
