To finish off another year of Rugby related fun SULRFC will be taking part in the Festive 5 x 5 Challenge for Cavendish Cancer Care to raise essential funds to help Cavendish provide therapies and support for individuals who have been affected by cancer. To do this our team members will undertake 5 x 5ks in 2 weeks, 1 week, or 1 day!

Each member is aiming to raise £55 to support Cavendish services - this will cover the cost of 2 hours of professional therapy for someone who has been diagnosed with cancer, or caring for someone with the disease. Every penny we raise will help to provide care to someone who needs it the most right now. The centre is reliant upon donations, with very little funding from the NHS to deliver these vital services. Nobody should go through cancer alone.
