The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a catastrophic effect with the cancellation of thousands of events and the loss of billions in income through fundraising events.

So, on Sunday 26th April St Johns Road will be coming together to run the London Marathon on our street. Each household will run part of the 26.2-mile run. All in aid of Carers’ Resource as part of the 2.6 challenge.

Carers' Resource exists to support unpaid carers.

Caring can have an impact on many aspects of your life and that's why we are running 26.2 miles on Sunday 26th April 2020.

Even before the Coronavirus crisis started, hundreds of thousands of carers across the UK were experiencing severe problems of isolation and ill-health. Please support our unpaid carers.

For unpaid carers, the Coronavirus emergency has made an already difficult situation far, far worse.
