We are Jackie Kavanagh, Sarah Maguire and Clair Carroll, childhood friends from Wicklow Town. Together with our friends and family we will collectively walk 3 million steps in one month starting 21st November to raise vital funds to Save Dublin Zoo for generations to come.

The money we raise will help cover the costs of animal care so Dublin Zoo can continue to protect wildlife and support conservation. Helping Dublin Zoo to feed their animals will protect magical memories for our children and our children's children. Only now that we learn Dublin Zoo in in danger of closing due to running out of money as a result of Covid, that we realise how privileged we are to have those magical memories from our own childhood. All funds raised by this campaign will go directly into the care of over 400 animals at Dublin Zoo.
