Springboard Ambassadors are champions of the Hospitality, Leisure & Tourism industry. In place to promote the industry as a great place to work and an excellent choice of career. Ambassadors support young people with their career choices, as well as unemployed people into successful careers in the Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism industry.

We are raising money for Springboard charity by joining the Virtual Race because Springboard’s mission is to futureproof the talent pipeline for hospitality. The charity have been helping unemployed people to improve their career potential in hospitality for over 30 years.

Springboard’s Virtual Race Around the World will see teams competing to race as far as they can around the globe, visiting the seven wonders of the world. In total that's a massive 31,698 miles!

Springboard helps to reduce unemployment and poverty across the UK and improves the prospects of young people.
