Story
The past few years we have completed different challenges in North Wales (where the founders of our charity live). We've walked, hiked and trekked marathons around the whole of Anglesey and walked the length of Lake Malawi. THIS YEAR... we are going to tackle ALL 6 routes of Snowdon in one day. The walk is expected to take 12-16 hours, including breaks.
We've included the option of relay teams so that more people can get involved, no matter their fitness level. For more information, check the PDF here: Snowdon 6 details
It's such a great achievement reaching the top!
Our wonderful team last year. Two of us even had a swim in one of the lakes on the way down. Not sure if there will be time this year, maybe in the relay teams.
The following images are from our most recent trip out to Malawi. (March 2023).
One of the Medical Outreach centres we fund in Chikanda, a very rural area a few hours out of the main city of Lilongwe.
One of the Early Childhood Development Centres we fund. Mkunkhu ECD has two incredible teachers and 110 students!
The Sustainable Family Farms initiative enables single parent households to receive a seed loan, alongside farming training. This enables them to become food secure, earn enough to feed themselves and their families/dependents and if surplus is grown, to sell this on to make a small profit.
