We've joined together to raise money for the 'Emmy Coates Fund' which raises money for the head and neck unit at The Royal Marsden Hospital. However in short Emmy was the most remarkable, beautiful, inspirational and kind and caring soul that there has ever been and when she was diagnosed with a rare form of incurable cancer in March 2017, she decided to fundraise for the Hospital that was treating her - The Royal Marsden. They are the most incredible instituion and they gave us strength in the darkest hours and hope when we had no right ot have any. Tragically Emmy passed away in June 2017 but she had raised more than £120000 by the time that she did. This money is going directly to research projects in the unit funding invaluable drug development and improved diagnostics. Every single penny raised really will make a difference! No CEO salary bonuses or car park improvements here! So please set up teams and fundraise in loving memory of our Emmy. Give generously and we will really make a difference!
