On November 27th 2021 I lost the ray of sunshine that was my little brother Sonny Jasper Crane. He was the spark in so many peoples lives and since then we have all experienced dark days. Herts and Essex Air Ambulance provided medical care for Sonny that gave us a little bit longer with him and Brake have been working with family and friends since to try and make the dark days seem less dark and give us a safe space to vent.

Many of you will know I hate exercise, but on the 28th May (in less than 24 hours) I am going to walk from the Emirates Stadium to Cambridge- a nice and easy 50 miles. I am doing this to raise money for both these amazing charities and to prove to Sonny that his big sister does know what exercise is and can tolerate being near the Emirates despite being a 'glory hunter'.

I know so many people have already donated to Herts and Essex Air Ambulance, and for that we are all grateful. If anyone is silly enough to want to join me for a mile somewhere along the way, the more the merrier.
