Story
Simon & Ellie are running the London Marathon in October to raise awareness of Sarcoma.
In the autumn of 2019 Simon found a lump on his back. It was diagnosed as a malignant tumour (Sarcoma) and in November he underwent a six hour operation to have it removed from his spine. Simon was lucky - the tumour turned out to be benign, no further treatment was necessary, he is fully recovered and is now ready to run his first marathon.
Others are not so fortunate - over 5,000 people are diagnosed with Sarcoma cancer each year in the UK. Sarcomas can develop anywhere in the body and can affect anyone.
By sponsoring us and donating to Sarcoma UK you will be helping them to raise awareness, fund vital research, offer support to those affected and campaign for better treatment.
Thank you for your support.
