To raise much needed funds for this incredible charity we are throwing ourselves out of a plane hopefully attached to someone much more competent than we are.

Older people living in residential care homes can often feel lonely and isolated because they are no longer connected with the community around them. We at Friends & Neighbours (FaNs) run initiatives to alleviate this, including the Wishing Washing Line where community volunteers make the residents wishes come true, Grandfriends where nursery & primary schools connect for inter-generational learning, and many more. Bolstering the activity coordinators and brilliant care home staff with extra activities without costing them a penny.
