I'm committing to Go Further for Family to support Bethany for many reasons. One of those is that, I am believe that life begins at conception and that every live is precious. According to the CDC, in 2016 623,471 babies were aborted in the US. American Life League estimates that 61.8 million babies have been aborted in the US between 1973 and 2018. This is beyond tragic. Can you imagine how different our country would have been if the mother's of these babies had chosen to give their babies life? Bethany helps women experiencing crisis pregnancies choose life for their babies by either parenting or gifting their child to a family who will love and cherish them forever. Bethany also trains foster parents to provide temporary safe, loving, Christian homes to children whose parents can't. I have worked in the nonprofit sector most of my career and have seen the consequences of children being raised in unstable homes devoid of love and support. These include poverty, domestic violence, sexual assault, incarceration, and mental illness.

Bethany provides services right here in Charlotte as well as nationwide. I am the current chair of the Bethany North Carolina Board of Directors, will you help me help the vulnerable children in our community, state and nation?
