The Cross Bay Walk for St Johns Hospice returns with two dates for 2023! Take on the sands of Morecambe Bay to support St Johns Hospice on Sunday 30th July and/or Saturday 26th August!

Story

We are taking part in one of the Cross Bay Walks 2023 to raise vital funds for St John's Hospice.

Toegther, as a family, we have decided to complete this walk in memory of Sharon Whittle. Sharon, a mother, wife, sister, auntie and friend, sadly passed away at the age of 52 after a two year battle with cancer leaving an incredible gap in our lives. She was cared for at St John's Hospice in her final days, and as a family we wanted to not only walk in her memory, but raise funds for the hospice to thank them for all the care they gave, and continue to give our family.

Grief never ends, but it changes. Its a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith...... it is the price we pay for love.

Please sponsor what you can, we will be extremely grateful for any donation made to the wonderful St John's Hospice.
