Our team is made up of Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service personnel, friends and family who are undertaking a personal challenge to support many local charities including Suffolk MIND, the mental health charity.

One in 4 blue light workers suffer from mental health illness, lets talk, and break the stigma of mental health illness.

The Great East Swim 2021 was cancelled due to poor water quality. However, undeterred, some team members will be swimming in open water at Alton Water, Suffolk in the Great East Swim on the 18th June 2022.
