Streets of London enables life-changing support for people who are homeless in the capital and raises awareness about homelessness. The charity funds amazing projects that offer vital immediate help to people who are sleeping rough, as well as longer-term support so that they can escape the streets for good. Using their knowledge of the sector, they target funding to projects where they know the money will make a real difference, so that homeless people have the support they need to get back on their feet and leave homelessness behind for good.

SFMK are a local organisation supporting those living on the streets in Milton Keynes. A group of volunteers deliver hot meals and drinks weekly with friendly faces and conversation. We are walking with Streets of London to help boost awareness of this national problem and support those in difficulties.
