After watching friends and family run the marathon on behalf of incredible causes, we have decided that it's time to celebrate and honour the memory of our darling Louie.

Louie passed away suddenly and without explanation, just before his second birthday in October 2021.

Louie was full of life and cheeky personality and nothing more than to run about in the garden, local park and go to clubs with his nanny and granddad. The devastation of his death was felt not only by his mum and dad, Lorna and Reece but by everyone who knew him.

Cousins, Lorna and Seren are running on behalf and to raise money for Child Bereavement UK. This fantastic charity was a great source of

information and support for Lorna at a time when it was hard to know where to turn. Seren also was able to use advice from them to explain this loss to her own children.

Louie would now be a proud big brother to his sisters Mabel and Sadie and having a charity like Child Bereavement will help explain this loss to them in the future.

Child Bereavement UK help children and young people (up to age 25), parents, and families, to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. Child Bereavement UK also provide training to professionals, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.
