Self-love is the foundation of acceptance, well being, discovery, boundaries, mindset and self care. It is the pathway to creating a happy, fulfilling and meaningful life. As an advocate for self-love, I believe BelEve and GirlsOutLoud both support this message by empowering young women to channel their potential and make better life choices. Therefore, I support BelEve and GirlsOutLoud and feel as if fundraising for these charities will further spread the message of self-love and will aid in positively impacting the way young women view themselves and the world.

Your donation will help impact a young generation of women who may need a helping hand in boosting their self-esteem whilst navigating through the world. Below there is some information about what both charities do. Feel free to donate to either one of the charities but equally donating to both is encouraged!

"The Girls Out Loud Foundation is a charitable fund administered by Forever Manchester, the Community Foundation for Greater Manchester (charity no. 1017504) We are passionate about raising the aspirations of teenage girls in the UK. We do this by creating and delivering early intervention programmes in schools from 2 hours to 12 months in duration. Our core philosophy is about connecting girls to real female role models and we do this via our school events and 12 month mentoring programme called BIG SISTER.
