We are currently living through a Coronavirus pandemic and more than ever we are relying on staff who work in the NHS. They are working flat out doing the best they can day in day out. If you can donate just a little it would be appreciated #BeKind

Story

My Mum Margaret died on 26th March 2020 in Intensive Care at Lancaster Royal Infirmary. We will always be grateful for the wonderful compassionate care she received from the West Yorkshire Ambulance crew, Accident and Emergency teams and Intensive Care staff.

Margaret was a very active person who was involved in the WI in Ingleton, loved walking and travelling. She loved sport and frequently swam across the harbour in Hong Kong. She loved to compete in the Standard Chartered Staff Sports Days and pretty much always won her race!!

Sunday 26th April marks 1 month since Margaret died, and the day the London Marathon should have taken place. As a team, Gavin, Cathy, Bella, Eloise, Jason, Pauline, Tom, Jamie and Harvey the dog are going to run a marathon in total in her memory.

Bay Hospitals Charity support University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. Your donations allow us to fund items on their wish list such as life saving equipment. Lets make a difference today for all our tomorrows.
