We offer emotional support to anyone who's struggling to cope

Story

The third Monday in January, known as Blue Monday, is being turned into Brew Monday to encourage everyone to reach out to people.

Feeling alone with your problems can have a big impact on your mental health, and winter has a reputation for being one of the hardest seasons, with many finding it difficult to deal with the darker days and cold weather.

Reach out to a colleague or friend for a virtual cuppa and a chat. It doesn't have to be on Brew Monday or a cup of tea, just taking time to really listen to another person could help them work through what's on their mind.

By donating to Central London Samaritans, you'll help give people having a tough time somewhere to turn when they need to talk.
