Conscious Planet – Save Soil is a unique global movement uniting world leaders, visionaries, organizations and the public behind a common purpose of restoring soil health. UN warns that the world’s soil is degrading at an alarmingly fast rate. In the EU 70% of soil is already unhealthy and in Belgium major soil issues include low organic content. The Save Soil movement aims to raise awareness about soil in a positive and exciting way and urge policies to be put in place to ensure a 3% minimum of organic content in the soil system, ensuring good productivity and food security for future generations.
