I am running the Run Norwich Virtual 10K for my Dad who is battling Alzheimer's, and in memory of my dear, close friends Becky Willcox (Breast Cancer Now) and Gemma Barrett (Astro Brain Tumour Fund), both who devastatingly passed away far too young, and who I miss every day.
