Growing2gether Is walking2gether! We are raising funds to support our groundbreaking programme where at-risk youth (13-16) become the mentors, guiding nursery children fostering confidence and emotional resilience in both mentor and child.

Story

Working as the Comms manager for Growing2gether for over a year now, I have seen first hand the transformative work they do with young people!

Growing2gether is unique because we are the only charity in Scotland to use positive psychology to change the way young people struggling with poor mental health, trauma and poverty see themselves. We do this by connecting them to their community as a mentor to a child who needs them and empowering them to create community projects.

To support this great charity, my family and I are walking (not quite 5000 miles!) in the Kiltwalk in Abderdeen on 1 June!

Your help that will allow Growing2gether to reach more youth, scale their proven programmes, and expand this game-changing approach across Scotland.

Now that's worth walking for!
