Story

I'm running for research!

I'm running Cardiff Half Marathon in October 2025 to support Cardiff University's cancer research. I'm supporting the next generation of researchers, to help accelerate life-changing discoveries to improve prevention, diagnosis, and treatment for people living with a wide range of conditions.

Cancer researchers at Cardiff University are improving outcomes for people living with some of the most common cancers such as breast, prostate and bowel, as well as those that are rarer or hard to treat.

In 2020 My brother Keanu was diagnosed with leukaemia. Fortunately due to the research within this cancer, the treatments were successful and Keanu was able to make a full recovery. I would like to run to help continue the support and development of the research and treatments.
