Story

On the 3rd October, my brother Chris and I will be kicking off our running challenge. This will be to run 1/2 Marathon every Saturday throughout October (the last run will also be in fancy dress, as it's Halloween) to raise as much money as we can to support this great Charity, YoungMinds, this is something extremely close to my heart and I've a lot to be thankful for with theses guys.

I will be making sure that I start to train in all Yellow Gear makes us easier to spot and, if you see us both out, or one of us out please give us a gentle push of encouragement, or even take a snap and share on Social using the following #HelloYellow (only if the picture is flattering haha), but seriously guys, I can't explain what a journey I have been on over the past few months and I really want to be able to give as much back as I can.

So, to help the spread the word that whatever you're going through, you're not alone with your mental health, by wearing something yellow and donating to YoungMinds.

It doesn't need to be much either in the words of "Tesco's every little helps"

There will be regular updates, posts, images and maybe some video's.

Thanks,

Sam & Chris
