We help disabled kids and adults ride to provide fun, fitness and friendship.

Story

Today, 4th April, we completed our sponsored walk from Fambridge to Burnham-on-Crouch which worked out as just over 8 miles. The weather was rather cold, windy and rainy but the rangers walked well and we travelled back to South Woodham by train. Thanks to everyone who has supported the team - we have raised a good sum for Barrow Farm.

One of our rangers, Charlotte, died in August 2021 after a battle with a terminal illness and finally cancer. She started riding with Barrow Farm Riding for the Disabled in Chelmsford when she lost her sight seven years ago and competed at a national level. The rangers decided they would like to do a sponsored walk to raise money for Barrow Farm in her memory.

We will be walking from Blue House Farm in Fambridge along the coastal path to Burnham-on-Crouch, a distance of approximately 10 miles on 4th April.

We would be grateful for your support of this charity which meant so much to Charlotte.
