Over Christmas I thought it's been 20 years since I ran a marathon. 20 years is clearly enough time to forget what is required to run a marathon and so I found myself applying to run Amsterdam in October this year.

I couldn't bring myself to do it just for the fun of it and I have decided to try and raise funds for two charities that I feel are worthwhile. It would be great if you wanted to donate to both but a donation to either will be money towards a great cause.
