shelf help. is the world’s first self-help book club and platform, and we’re dedicated to celebrating, inspiring and supporting personal development and self-discovery.
An unofficial sub-group of the book club, we're a group of friends cheering each other on in our jogging journeys. Team spirit + accountability in aid of a good cause: The Eve Appeal. We'll be running together across the pond, from London to LA to Porto.
"The Eve Appeal funds ground-breaking research into the 5 gynaecological cancers, focused on developing effective methods of risk prediction, screening and early diagnosis. Help us to break down the shame and embarrassment that can surround these cancers. Together, we can save women's lives."
