My wife and I (Euan and Stefi) lost our twin boys, Ruadh and Sorley at 21 weeks of pregnancy. SANDS charity provided us with items I couldn't comprehend we needed at the time.

9.6kg is the average weight of a 1 year old boy. Ruadh and Sorley would have been 1 on the 16th and 17th of July.

I am going to run wearing a 20kg weighted vest. I am going to run with them.
