4 reluctant and naive runners taking on the challenge of a lifetime for Jane. A woman who despite her strength, courage, vibrancy, talent and fitness has been ravaged by Vascular Dementia.

Jane was diagnosed at just 64 and by the age of 67 was in a care home needing round the clock care with all her basic needs.

Sarah's mum, Chris' mum-in-law and a woman Ailsa and Liz were both in awe of and slightly scared of when teenagers, Jane is sorely missed.
