Workday employees and partners are taking on the challenge of cycling from London to Brighton Bike Ride in 2024.

Story

On 16 June, I'm taking part in the London to Brighton Bike Ride in aid of Access Sport, a national sport for development charity of which I'm the CEO.

We are on a mission to make inclusion the norm in community sport by training, equipping and supporting community sports clubs, coaches and volunteers to create inclusive offers. In turn this work enables disadvantaged and disabled children and young people to access all the amazing benefits of sport, that we so often take for granted.

My husband Richard is also taking part and we are part of a team of 80+ Access Sport supporters from the Workday community.

Sport played an important role in our lives growing up and continues to be at the heart of our family life but too many children never have the opportunity to experience the transformational benefits of community sport and this is where Access Sport is making a difference, creating inclusive offers where they wouldn't otherwise exist, across a wide range of sports.

Any donation, large or small, would be greatly appreciated. Not only will you be supporting disabled and disadvantaged children to access sport and physical activity but it will also give me a much needed motivational boost!

Thank you - your support is really appreciated!
