Rosie and I are taking part in the 60 Miles in June Challenge for Tommy's because we want to help save babies' lives.

This year has been incredibly challenging for myself and Rob as we experienced the heartbreak of two miscarriages. The emotional and physical toll has been immense, and it has underscored the importance of supporting organisations dedicated to pregnancy and baby loss research.

That's why we're raising money for Tommy's, a charity that funds vital research into the causes of miscarriage, stillbirth, and premature birth, as well as providing support for those affected.
