Story

Anna, Rosie and Felicity are all running on behalf of Cardiac Risk in the Young following the death of Anna's brother, Robbie, back on 30th January 2016.

We've known each other since the age of 8 (21 years now!), and have grown up together, with plenty of time being annoyed by Robs when all over at the Worboys household.

To run the marathon together, and have each other through the dark and dreary winter training days, whilst raising for such an incredible charity, is a huge privilege. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and will go to an incredible cause and charity who supported the Worboys family following Robbie's untimely death.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. With your donation, CRY can reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young. By supporting CRY you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions. See how your support can help by visiting www.c-r-y.org.uk .
