Guy’s Recovery Run Team is aiming to raise money to purchase a microvascular training station, for trainees to develop their skills in microvascular surgery such as the complex head surgery that saved me in March 2023.

Having run the Bristol Half Marathon in 2022 I didn’t really feel the need to do it again! However, getting myself back to the point of being able to run a Half again has now become a recovery target for me. I wanted to find a way of supporting Head & Neck Team & the amazing work they do. This has spiralled massively and now approx. 25 friends, colleagues and family are joining me in either 10k or Half Marathon as Guy's Recovery Run Team!

I want to personally raise over £2,000 and would love it if the other team members could raise at least £100 each.
