Hello everyone ! :) Thank you for visiting our Just Giving page. Following the recent pandemic, we are all very aware of the importance of looking after our mental health. Currently on the Isle of Man there is insufficient support for those struggling with their mental health; therefore we have decided to do the Parish Walk to raise money and awareness for one of the few mental health charities on the Island - Isle Listen. With the prevalence of mental health issues higher than ever in today's society, it has never been more important to support local charities to enhance their efforts against this epidemic.

"Isle Listen is a charitable initiative that provides support and training in schools, the workplace and community, helping people to recognise that mental health is just as important as physical health!

Our work is focused on providing education, prevention strategies and transformative early intervention, to avoid the unnecessary escalation of mental health problems and help to alleviate pressure on the statutory services.

Our aim is for everybody in the Isle of Man to feel emotionally empowered and effectively supported with their mental health."
