On Saturday, September 12th runners of all levels will be taking to the streets, trails and treadmills to participate in MS Run. Using the hashtag #WeChallengeMS and connecting through our Strava and Facebook groups, we will gather online.

Story

On Saturday, September 12 I'll be uniting with runners from across Canada and heading toward the ultimate finish line a world free of MS.

Multiple sclerosis has a ripple effect that impacts not only the lives of those diagnosed by the disease, but also their family and community. That's why I am asking for you to support my fundraising.

Funds raised through MS Run continue to support leading-edge research and support programs that improve the quality of life for those affected by MS. When you donate to my fundraising you'll help continue this incredible work.
