The Rayner ward doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants are giving up their Saturday for a great cause.
Cervical cancer rates have doubled in Jersey in the past year! Please help us to get the message out to women to have their cervical smears. It‘s International HPV day on 4th March. If women have their smears the majority of cervical cancers can be prevented by treating any abnormal smears early.
We are hoping to raise money for Macmillan and Jersey Cancer Relief who help lots of our patients who have been given a cervical cancer diagnosis.
Please supoort our team walk by donating to our chosen charities, cheering us along our route and most importantly - by getting your smear!
Sponsored walk on Saturday 20th March at 10am meeting at St. Brelades parish hall, walking in to town to raise awareness on the inportance of having your smear.
