Beau was a kind, considerate, resilient and sassy 6-year-old from Leeds. She always found ways to live her best life. She passed away when she was just 6 years old.

Story

At the age of 4 in December 2020 Beau was diagnosed with Stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood Cancer that at the point of diagnosis has only a 50% chance of long-term survivorship. As a member of the village where Beau lives and an old school friend of her mums I felt I could try help this little girl. Me being me, I said lets do a bikeride to the lakes (not been on a bike since I was a teen) then a my 11 year old daughter said she would have a go but only half way. Whilst out one evening I mentioned it to a few friends who said fantastic idea, we will join you. So we now have a good few riders all wanting to help. We discussed it and said we could do with a support vehicle, one man popped up stating he will do it in the tractor 😂. So there we go, 2nd April it is! Dig deep people, lets get Beau to Sloan.
