Story

On the 4th October 2024 we will be trekking 80 miles through the Himalayas and climbing 5364m up to the base camp of Mt Everest to fly the RAF Benevolent Fund flag, raising awareness and funds for the charity.

For more than 100 years, the RAF Benevolent Fund has been supporting members of the RAF Family through thick and thin providing practical, emotional, and financial support whenever needed.

Donations are spent directly on meeting the needs of the RAF Family, those serving, veterans and their dependants - from childcare and relationship difficulties to injury and disability, and from financial hardship and debt to illness and bereavement.

The RAF Benevolent Fund receive no routine government funding so rely on generous support from fundraisers and our sponsors.
