Eight years ago I wondered if I'd have enough content for a daily ‘advent calendar’ of quirky transport images. Alongside some fantastic contributions there has been easily enough material, and enthusiasm to keep this going - so this will be the eighth calendar that hopefully will generate a smile or two on the run up to the busy and often challenging festive season... whilst also raising money some very causes.

From this team page, you can choose which charity to donate to - the Railway Children, Transaid or Crisis. If you'd like to donate to more than one then you'll need to navigate back to the main team site or go via one of the specific calendar links... a little bit of a faff, but it'll be worthwhile.
