This year I take on the challenge of a lifetime "Ironman Portugal". I am doing this for 2 charities, the first being the PICU (Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at Southampton University Hospital), which I have chosen for a little girl called Poppy. She was born with Meconium Aspiration syndrome and both parents got told to brace themselves for the worst... one year on and after a long fight Poppy is stronger than ever. The second charity is Meningitis UK, which is for a workmates grandson who at the age of two contacted meningitis... perents fearing for the worst little james managed to come through the other side. I've never met a chap so upbeat on life as James nothing andci mean nothing stops this young lad. So please help me raise some money for Poppy and James.. thank you all much
