Story
The Pont du Cam team members are an international group, based in the West and East Coast of the US as well as the UK.
We are skiing the Coeur Blanc 2020 to support the Magic Future Foundation to build a minimum of 5 'Coeur Blanc' Schools in some of the world's poorest countries.
2020 will be see the 7th staging of the biennial Coeur Blanc ski challenge in the Méribel Vallée on 21st March. The challenge is to take all 52 lifts in the Vallée from top to bottom in a single day as part of a team. This works out at one lift every nine minutes! We will choose our own route, but whichever route is selected it will require a skiing descent of over 15,000 metres (or two Mount Everests).
The Coeur Blanc challenge was established in 2008 to raise significant funding for charities. Since then over £2 million has been raised. We have competed in this ‘simple to explain, but difficult to complete’ marathon on skis or snowboards every year it has been held and are immensely grateful for any funds you are willing to donate.
