Story
This summer after finishing school, my friend Edward and I will be completing the West Highland Way, the first long-distance foot-path to be established in Scotland. It runs just shy of 100 miles from Milngavie to Fort William. We'll be trekking this in aid of the Euan MacDonald Centre.
We have been aware of the Euan MacDonald Centre and the good work they do for a number of years. We hope to contribute in a small way, in order for them to continue their efforts in researching and finding a cure for this devastating disease.
Doctors and scientists at the Euan MacDonald Centre for Motor Neuron Disease Research undertake vital research into motor neuron disease (MND); a condition that causes muscle weakness and paralysis, difficulty speaking, swallowing, and breathing. Your donation will help us find treatments to slow, stop and reverse the effects of MND.
All donations, either big or small are greatly appreciated and we thank you for your generosity.
