Please help us decrease the painful aftermath on Gazan children by giving them a music-fun activity.

Palestinian children older than ten living in Gaza have now witnessed three wars in their short lives. These children have only known life under blockade and they are increasingly displaying high levels of stress-related symptoms, requiring mental and psychosocial support at all levels and at all times.

What?

We are launching a stress relief-activity to contribute to the remedy of psychological and emotional wounds of Gazan Children caused by the recent war.

Why?

We want to give them a chance to get back to being children even if it is only for a couple of hours.

How?

We will use music as a medium for psychosocial support by offering an open-air animated music festival in which the children of Gaza can watch, dance, sing, enjoy and be relieved from the sounds of bombs and explosions they've experienced recently.

When?

The festival will take place on the 17th of July for 3 hours.

How Many?

We estimate that 800-1000 children will attend and enjoy a safe space to interact and have fun.

How Much?

Please help us cover the cost of the festival. We are in need of £8,500 to pay for the animation company, sound system, light effects, security and more.

شهد الأطفال الفلسطينيون الذين تزيد أعمارهم عن عشر سنوات في غزة ثلاث حروب في حياتهم القصيرة. لم يعرف هؤلاء الأطفال سوى الحياة تحت الحصار ، وهم يظهرون بشكل متزايد مستويات عالية من الأعراض المرتبطة بالتوتر مما يتطلب دعمًا نفسيًا واجتماعيًا على جميع المستويات وفي جميع الأوقات.

المشروع؟

مهرجان أغاني الرسوم المتحركة لتخفيف التوتر والمساهمة في علاج الجروح النفسية والعاطفية لأطفال غزة التي سببتها الحرب الأخيرة.

الهدف؟ نريد أن نمنحهم فرصة للعودة إلى أن يكونوا أطفالًا حتى لو كان ذلك لساعتين فقط.

كيف؟ سنستخدم الموسيقى كوسيلة للدعم النفسي والاجتماعي من خلال مهرجان أغاني الرسوم المتحركة في الهواء الطلق حيث سيتمكن أطفال غزة خلاله من المشاهدة والرقص والغناء والاستمتاع وتنظيف أصوات القنابل والانفجارات التي مروا بها مؤخرًا.
