We are a group of lady hockey players , some of which have played lifelong and others who have “returned” post Covid after as long as a 20 year break and our mission is to enjoy life as much as we can , support each other with what day to day live throws at us and set ourselves challenges off the hockey pitch. “Race the Sun” seemed like a perfect challenge so ten of us have “embraced” the training and are looking forward to the camaraderie both on the day and the post event celebrations. Knowing we are raising money for the worthwhile charity Action Medical Research will definitely be a massive incentive to us , so whatever you can donate would be amazing
